Short answer is = yes.Mastercam for SolidWorks (official name) is a CNC Software pourdct, that will run within current version of Solidworks. When Solidworks 2010 is released CNC Software should within a short time there after release Mastercam for Solidworks for SW2010. The pourdct will be sold through Mastercam resellers. I believe something good could come out of this, but be aware that the pourdct only contain some Mastercam toolpaths at this point, it is not a replacement for the Mastercam there is out there now.A quicker way to do a mavlobee spring is a sketch of a circle in the front plane and a second sketch front plane of a vertical line. Dim the circle sketch but not the vertical line. Go to sweep and under options select twist along path and change degrees to turns.
